In your role as (Junior) HR Business Partner - Retail (m/f/d) you are not only a strategic thinker, but also an operational implementer. You act as a competent contact person and sparring partner in all relevant People & Culture issues for management, store management and employees and actively help shape our retail company culture.
This is what you move with us...
- You take on full recruiting responsibility for our existing and new stores: from identifying suitable job portals, to job advertisements and filling open positions, actively and passively, at all levels up to store management
- As a Business Partner, you support our Retail Manager, our Store Managers and all store employees in all People & Culture topics
- To ensure smooth HR work in all stores, you will design new HR processes and continuously develop them further
- In cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, you will develop employer branding strategies and concepts to strengthen our corporate culture and make Kapten the most attractive retail employer
- You are an expert and contact person for labor law issues and ensure compliance
We're a match if you...
- have sound professional experience in HR in the retail sector
- have successfully completed a degree in business administration, psychology, communication sciences or a similar subject area
- have experience in supervising managers and are familiar with the challenges of recruitment and development in the retail sector
- combine a solution-oriented way of working with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
- have a confident manner, are able to convince others in challenging situations and are confident in the application of employment law in the retail sector
- have strong communication skills and enjoy building and maintaining networks
- are fluent in written and spoken German and English
