Your Kapten Experience includes
Dive in & grow: You’ll be introduced to all areas of our Customer Care from day one, learning hands-on how we bring real customer enthusiasm to life at Kapten & Son, with the full support of the team behind you.
Being there for our community: As the first point of contact for our customers, you are the voice of Kapten & Son, via phone and email, always friendly, solution-oriented, and on eye level.
Bringing our product world to life: You advise our community on all things Kapten & Son and take ownership of handling returns and complaints with care and confidence.
Working cross-functionally: You collaborate closely with our Logistics, Marketing, and Product Design teams, staying up to date so you can always offer our customers the fastest and best service possible.
Shaping the experience: You bring your ideas to the table, think along, and actively contribute to making our Customer Care even better.
What's already in your bag
You're currently studying and about to start your practical phase, or you’re looking for a voluntary 6-month internship
You genuinely enjoy communicating with people and win others over with your open, friendly nature
You’re a great team player, but also work independently and with care, we can always count on you
Even in busy moments, you keep a cool head and approach challenges with a solution-first mindset
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
