Hey! We are Kapten & Son – with over 250 employees, we work every day to become Europe’s leading D2C backpack brand.

Be(come) part of the experience during an Internship in Customer Care!

We’re looking for you if you want to look behind the scenes of a growing D2C brand, take on real responsibility from day one, and create experiences that truly excite our customers.

Start date: 01.08.2026

Duration: 6 months

What you’ll do with us...

  • You’ll be systematically introduced to the various areas of our caring Customer Care team, learning from day one how we bring customer enthusiasm to life at Kapten & Son

  • You’ll be the “voice” for our customers and the first point of contact, both on the phone and by email

  • You’ll advise our community on all questions relating to our products and take care of processing returns and complaints

  • You’ll work closely with our Logistics, Marketing & Product Design departments to stay up-to-date and offer our customers the best and fastest service possible

What's already in your bag...

  • You are currently studying and are about to start your practical training phase, or you’re looking to complete a mandatory or voluntary internship for 6 months

  • You enjoy communicating with people and impress with your friendly, open manner

  • You enjoy working both in a team and independently, with a careful and reliable approach, we can always count on you

  • You keep a cool head in stressful situations and always approach challenges in a solution-oriented way

  • You speak fluent German and English
