Hey, we are Kapten & Son - with over 200 employees, we work every day on becoming the leading backpack brand in Europe.

Be(come) part of the experience as (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) and be the driving force behind the (further) development and implementation of our recruiting and employer branding strategies. In this key position, you will be responsible for the entire spectrum of the recruiting process, from job advertisement to the successful filling of positions, both actively and passively, up to lead level.

This is what you move with us...

  • Recruiting strategy: You are responsible for the development and implementation of our recruiting strategy, implement innovative recruiting approaches and further expand our sourcing channels and talent pool
  • Operational recruiting: You act as a sparring partner in recruiting matters for our specialist departments, identify top candidates and are responsible for the holistic recruiting process for all headquarter positions
  • Onboarding: You are responsible for preparing and lovingly carrying out our onboarding and conducting HR probation period interviews, enabling our new Kaptens to get off to the best possible start in our crew
  • Employer branding: You develop and implement internal and external employer branding strategies, manage our job portals and plan and implement HR marketing measures
  • Leadership: You will take over the management of a working student for your area

We're a match if you...

  • have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in operational recruiting, active sourcing and employer branding at an e-commerce company
  • have a successful degree in business administration, psychology, communication sciences or a similar subject area
  • have strategic thinking and analytical skills, enabling you to develop HR initiatives that support and drive our business goals
  • are very well versed in networking (e.g. LinkedIn) and not only know the tips and tricks for successful recruitment, but are also passionate about applying them
  • have above-average empathy and use your excellent knowledge of human nature to find the "perfect match" between the requirements profile and the candidate
  • inspire others with your confident demeanor, enthusiasm and persuasiveness
  • have a fluent command of written and spoken German and English
